Broadcast your Job Openings You set up all of your job openings, then assign number of openings available.  You can change any of this at any time.  Job openings can be set up to expire at a certain date, or stay open until the positions are filled.   [LARGER IMAGE]   Online, Interactive Applications Prospective employees only have to fill out one application.  Period.  They can apply for many positions available, and iTrain will carry all of their application information along with their job opening request.   Even if a new job opening becomes available 6 months down the line, they can log in, update their digital application, and click on the job they want to apply for. Each completed Digital Application goes to a central routing program, and once the requirements are met, the administrator can send the application to any school or schools that they desire!  No faxing!  No mail!

Manage Extended Training through Workshops! Dynamically add Workshops to your internal faculty website!  Teachers can sign up for workshops online, and iTrain keeps track of everyone who is signed up, where it's at, who is administering it, how much it costs, it will even keep track of their personal workshops that they have attended to make sure that they meet the prerequisites for future workshops!   Keep an Online Record of Attended Workshops Teachers are busy people!  iTrain knows this and keeps a digital record of all the workshops they've attended to help them plan their continuing training without having to keep paper records of what they've completed in the past.
